Quantitative Analysis Of Dicyclohexylamine And Impurities
HPLC-ELSD was used to study the quantitative analysis of dicyclohexylamine. The recoveries were 98.2%-102.45% with RSD of 8.39-9.3%. In addition, HECEDA was used to study the simultaneous quantitative analysis of aminophenol and aniline. The limits of quantification were 1 and 0.5ng, and the linear ranges were 0-40 mg/L and 0-20 mg/L, respectively. The accuracy and precision of the analytical method can meet the requirements of product quality testing.
At present, there are few reports on the quantitative analysis of dicyclohexylamine and impurities, so it is necessary to study them separately accurate quantitative analysis method.
Since dicyclohexylamine has no ultraviolet absorption, the quantitative analysis method of dicyclohexylamine by high performance liquid chromatography evaporative light scattering detector was studied.
