Dicyclohexylamine Production

Aniline catalytic hydrogenation method: using benzene as raw material to produce cyclohexylamine, mainly including benzene one-step direct production of aniline and aniline catalytic hydrogenation of two processes. Catalytic hydrogenation of aniline has two processes: atmospheric pressure and pressure. Both processes have the advantages of mature technology and easy availability of raw materials, but the device has little versatility and can only produce a single cyclohexanamine, which can not be used to produce other organic amines.

Product Details

Cyclohexanol gas-phase ammoniation method: it is the liquid hydrogenation of cyclohexanol and ammonia to cyclohexanamine and dicyclohexanamine under the action of nickel/silica catalyst. The yield of cyclohexanol and dicyclohexanamine is 3:1, and the conversion rate of cyclohexanol is about 70%, which has not been reported in industrialization in China.
