Synthesis Method Of Dicyclohexylamine

Dicyclohexylamine (DCHA) is an important organic chemical intermediate, which is widely used in dye intermediates, rubber promoters, nitrocellulose paints, insecticides, preservatives and vapor phase corrosion inhibitors. The main synthesis routes of DCHA are diphenylamine hydrogenation, cyclohexanone cyclohexylamine condensation hydrogenation, cyclohexylamine dishrinkage and aniline hydrogenation.

The replacement reaction was carried out with aniline and DCHA crude product to obtain the replacement mother liquor. The replacement mother liquor was delight and refined, and DCHA product was obtained at the top of the refining tower. The mother liquor of refined tower kettle is returned to s1 hydrogenation reactor, and the products of displacement reaction in mother liquor participate in s1 hydrogenation reaction.
