Ailan Chemical (Shandong) Co., Ltd. was established in July, 2019. Its registered place is located in the west of Lianfa Road, Yinsi Town Chemical Industry Park, Wenshang County, Jining City, Shandong Province. It is a private enterprise jointly funded and established by Xuzhou Lequn Chemical Materials Partnership (Limited Partnership), Xuzhou Shuanglan Chemical Partnership (Limited Partnership), Xuzhou Zhuopin Chemical Materials Partnership (Limited Partnership), Xuzhou Yian Chemical New Materials Partnership (Limited Partnership). The company has maintained good cooperative relations with Nanjing University, Sichuan University, Tianjin University, Nanjing University of Technology, Changzhou University, etc., providing reliable technical guarantee for the company's sustainable development.
The first phase covers an area of 110 mu, with a total investment of 360 million yuan. Relying on the technical force with independent intellectual property rights and its own financial strength, it will build a co-production project of 50,000 tons/year silica sol and 10,000 tons/year cyclohexylamine, etc., and build a recycling industrial chain with hydrogen as the center. The main products are silica sol, cyclohexylamine, dicyclohexylamine and other products. The project started on March 30, 2020, completed the main construction on June 31, 2021, and has been put into trial production in January, 2022. The products have been sold, and the product quality and delivery date have been recognized by downstream customers.
On the basis of the original land in the second phase, the project of 80,000 tons/year trichlorosilane (purifying 20,000 tons of electronic-grade high-purity trichlorosilane) and 12,000 tons/year silicon tetrachloride (purifying 10,000 tons of electronic-grade high-purity silicon tetrachloride) will be technically expanded. The investment of this project is 150 million yuan, and the construction period is from May 2022 to October 2022. Mainly build 80,000 tons/year trichlorosilane synthesis device, 80,000 tons/year trichlorosilane rectification device and 12,000 tons/year silicon tetrachloride rectification device. The main factory building, tank farm and other supporting facilities are 12,000 square meters, and more than 500 sets of synthetic fluidized bed, rectification tower, storage tank, pumps and other equipment are purchased. The construction will be completed and put into trial production in October 2022. After the project is completed and put into production, the annual new business income can exceed 1 billion yuan. Trichlorosilane is the main raw material of polysilicon (the main raw material of photovoltaic industry). Under the background of China's commitment to carbon neutrality and peak carbon dioxide emissions, the photovoltaic industry will occupy a dominant position in the new energy industry for a long time to come. Silicon tetrachloride is the main raw material of fumed silica, the only nano-scale material at present, and it is also the main raw material for synthesizing Shi Ying glass. High purity silicon tetrachloride is an important raw material for manufacturing 5G and future 6G optical fibers, and it is also the main raw material for producing semiconductor devices, integrated circuits, solar cells and organosilanes.
